Personalized Page Design

Creating a personalized page for your copy of Guess Who's Adopted? takes three simple steps:

	Enter contact information for you and details about your adoptee using the form found on the next page. We respect the privacy-nature of adoption and realize each family has a unique way of honoring their adoptee's life. Any information you choose to submit is exclusively your decision. All information is confidential and will be used at your discretion. All categories are optional and you may choose to include or exclude any information as you deem necessary.
	Once you have completed step 1, you will be directed to a page where you can choose what you would like to purchase. The first personalized page is $19.95 and you can order additional copies of the same page for $4.95 each. A portion of the proceeds from the book will be donated to adoption charities.
	Once you have completed step 2, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay using your credit or debit card. A PayPal account is not required to checkout, but you can create one for yourself if you choose.

Once all three steps have been completed, our Design Team will choose two graphics which compliment your personalized page and create a beautiful, fun-filled tribute to your famous loved one! Be ready for priceless smiles and "oohs" and "ahhs" when your famous adoptee sees his or her very own page! Personalized pages will be sent within three days and should reach you within a week.
